Is the free plan a trial?
No. The Community Edition is MIT licensed and free forever, with no seat cap and no expiry.
What counts as a user?
Anyone who signs in on a paid workspace. Candidates and interviewers who only submit a scorecard link are free.
Can I downgrade later?
Yes. You fall back to the Community Edition with your data intact, and you can point the open-source build at the same database.
