Boolean search string builder

Build a sourcing string from titles, skills and exclusions, then copy the version for the site you are searching. Free, no signup, and nothing you type leaves your browser.

Comma separated. Include the variants people actually use.
Recruiters, agencies and the titles that keep polluting your results.

Balanced string. If results are thin, drop one required term before you touch the titles.

Sourced people need somewhere to land

Drop them straight into a pipeline with the source attached, instead of a spreadsheet tab called sourcing final v3.

How to use boolean well

Start broad, then cut

Run the titles alone first. Add required skills only once you can see what the noise actually is.

Quote every phrase

Two word terms without quotes match each word separately, which is where most bad result sets come from.

Exclusions are a scalpel

Every exclusion also removes people who merely mention the word. Cut agencies and unrelated titles, not skills.
